Biltong
Our biltong is produced to old South African recipes.The sticks are soft to firm on despatch and wrapped in paper. Upon receipt they should be unwrapped immediately.Should you wish for them to be firmer, then hang the sticks with the strings provided, in a dry place not touching each other, your required firmness will soon be reached.
