Great on a barbecue - just heat through. (As it`s already cooked, there`s no worry about making certain it`s cooked all the way through, a problem some times with poultry cooked on a BBQ.)
Eating Quality: The traditional techniques used to process this product may result in some parts of the chicken (usually leg joints around the bone) being pink in colour. Some pink coloured juice may also be present when opening the packet. Please be assured that this is absolutely normal and due entirely to the traditional smoking process necessary to make the product so delicious. This chicken is fully cooked and ready to eat but can be heated through if you wish.
